Alex is an Iowa City native who began his career in public accounting as a CPA and eventually obtained his MBA while living in St. Louis. After assisting with building his own home, he fell in love with the building and design process and left the world of accounting to pursue a new career in the homebuilding industry. Alex is known for his excellent communication with clients, attention to detail, and job-site management skills. His creativity and commitment to quality will ensure your dream home becomes a reality. In his spare time, Alex can be found spending time with his wife and two kids, playing soccer, or spending nights in his wood shop making furniture.

Johanna is originally from Cedar Rapids and spent the first 8 years of her career growing her project management skills at an accounting firm. Johanna joined the Bedrock team to pursue her long-time love of construction and design. She has excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a designers eye to help you create your dream home.

PROJECT MANAGER

Kate, originally from Michigan, has made Iowa City her home, appreciating its community and lifestyle. She found her passion for construction and design while pursuing her degree in Art & Design at Grand Valley State University. As a dedicated Project Manager, Kate uses her creativity and passion to bring projects to life. Her attention to detail and effective collaboration provide a positive client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys remodeling her own home and spending quality time with her husband and kids.
